Dealing with fatigue...

How do you do it? I am exhausted ALL the time. I am going to bed earlier and earlier and it is not helping. I am exercising more. Eating better. Starting to take vitamins. I almost fell asleep at work the other day! When I get home, all I want to do is lay down; and if I actually do, well that puts a stop to any plans I had for the evening!
Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks.

I have the same problem. It seems I'm always tired. I also find myself making excuses because I'm always sleepy. I say I have a headache, etc. I don't think it gets better. I've been on medication for several months but that side effect hasn't got any better.

I'm having a similar problem. Are you on any kind of medication?

I am NOT on meds...for many reasons, but one is the fatigue I hear people complain about. I am already tired all the time.
I used to get only about 6 or 7 hours of sleep per night, but that was not working for me. The past few months I was making sure I got 8. Still no help. I am in bed about 9 hours a night now. It won't get any longer than that, I have too much to do!
thanks.
