I really think you should be doing this under the supervision of your doctor. They would know best what is safe. I know my doctor said that Paxil was safe during pregnancy, but I don't know about others. Good luck!
I'm going to disagree with the others to some extent. I have found that a lot of drs are overly cautious when it comes to pregnancy and breastfeeding with meds. Here are a couple of website where you can get info to take to your doctor:
http://www.motherisk.org This is a site at the Toronto Hosp for Sick Children. If you don't see an answer to your question, you can call them. There's some very good info on depression and pregnancy. This is a very reputable hospital.
http://neonatal.ttuhsc.edu/lact/index.html This is the site of a researcher who has done a lot of research on drugs and mother's milk. I think he also has some info on pregnancy.
Good luck with getting pregnant, and take care of yourself!
I agree with all of the responses but add my caveat that you shouldn't just rely on what your OB/GYN tells you. Discuss it with your pdoc as well. They also have a lot of info on the subject!
Your OB/Gyn can tell you what is safe and what isnt for sure.
