Hi everyone ,this is crystin again. Well I went to my first counseling appointment today and I talked with my therapist. One of the things we talked about was the fact that I need to communicate more with everyone, and that's including my boyfriend. Well i want to communicate with him and let him know what's going on but I'm afraid I'm going to get a bad answer from him or that i'm going to push him away, or it could have the reverse, and it could be a good answer and he could say he loves me and that he's sorry for everything that happened. But, here's my question, should i ask him what's been going on and what he has been told about me? I just really dont want things to be over between us, and I feel that I need to let him know what's going on, but I'm really nervous about if i should talk to him about what's been going on or not. I know he's overseas right now and that He's got his own stuff that he has to deal with. I mean part of the fact that is making me depressed is because of all the bs he's been hearing, the lies, and the fact that i want to talk to him but feel that i cant, what should i do? can anyone help me and tell me what might work best?
thanks
crystin

Hi Cristin,
Depending on what the problems and/or gossip he's been hearing I believe that honesty is always best. Do you know who is feeding him info about you? If you do, look at the person's motives as to why they would want to cause problems for you. Maybe confront that person first so you know how to takle the rest. Just a thought. Good luck!
