Today I had another crazy day with the executives at my company. THey just won't quit. Their expecations are too big and then they blame their shortfalls on me. I wish I could quit tomorrow. I already know I am leaving as soon as I can anyway! Just gotta find a different job.
I am stressed out because of the big snowstorm that is coming. It already started snowing and it wasn't supposed to until later tonight. I had a bad car accident when I first learned to drive and ever since then I am terrified to be behind the wheel (or in a car at all) when there is snow on the roads.
I have a doctor's appointment with the new doc tomorrow. I am glad, because with all the stress of work, my ex, the snow my heart has been racing non-stop. Just wondering, but does anyone know if that is a side effect of Wellbutrin? That has happened a lot for the past few months. Mini panic attacks, and I don't even have to feel stressed to get them. Hopefully she wont flip out like the last doctor I had did. The last one said I probably had a horrible heart condition and could die at any time. I don't have a heart problem. I had already been checked out before. She overreacted, but then put me through even more stress. Nice!
AND, I am meeting someone tomorrow night that I met on the internet. It might be a date, but I am trying to not think of it that way. I am so not ready for that. I just know that i Need to meet new people since I don't have any friends around here. Hoping this is a nice person to be my friend, but I am afraid since I haven't really met anyone new in a long time. Will my depression show?
SO much stress, so little time. Anybody out there relate with me on this???

((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((Oh Sweetie))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
I can relate to almost all of the things you have said.
Thank you SO Much. It is good to know I am not the only one who has to (or has) work for difficult people. I had 3 messages this mroning waiting for me from the most demanding one. I'll definitely be trying out some of your ideas!
Just got back from the doctor and decided to take the rest of the afternoon off. I explained my panic attacks, and she was concerned and wanted me to get some tests done, just to make sure it isn't anything else. At first I wasn't sure I wanted to, but I guess it doesn't hurt. I am going to be going through a list of tests that are typically only done on 65+ year old men! I'm 25! I hope everything is ok, but it would be nice to know either way.
Letes just hope it doesn't cause even MORE stress!!!
