Bizarre question.

I've been having a strange thing happen in the past three weeks. When I'm sitting at my desk or at a table I have to bounce my leg up and down. I haven't tapped in to what this does for me. Right now it's just annoying. It came at a time when I increased a med so I decreased it right away. I'm not sure that that had anything to do with the leg bouncing, but it seemed right at the time. Now it's been over three weeks and I can't stop it. I'm not feeling particularly anxious so I don't believe it can be that. Does anyone have any thoughts? Has this happened to you? Other people are noticing and it's getting embarassing.

Thanks. That big hug actually helped! I'm going to the pdoc today. I think it's med related but I don't want to decrease any medications because I know I'll get depressed. I'm hanging on the edge with it being winter and my having SAD. I'm checking on Restless Leg Syndrome. Wish me luck.

i do this every once in a while- i don't take meds... i'm not sure why it happens but i just let it go cuz i figure i'm burning calories...

i do have a more serious twitchy problem that heppens when i'm really tired and i can't control, IT's gotten much better but a couple nights ago was pretty bad. My legs were fluttering uncontrollaby- i did manage to get to sleep and it stopped.
