Work issues

I have a relatively easy job as an administrative assistant at a university and get paid very well. The problem is is that I have two co-workers that talk behind my back about me. They also do things together and don't include me and sometimes they don't talk to me altogether. How can I keep this from getting to me and losing a really good job. I know that everyone has workplace problems. I'd like to know how to cope with it and how to handle it. Please help!
Thanks
-J

I know this is easier said than done, but don't let them bother you. If they're ugly to you, it's because they have a problem with themselves. Go on about your daily business and don't let them poison your space. Try to keep love in your heart at all times - that's probably the hardest one for me! It does work, though.
Have you read The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz? I highly recommend it. It's a short little book, but full of great insight.
Hi jaded
Sometimes its a matter of just opening yourself up to them more.

Jaded, I'm going through exactly the same thing. The gals around here are total two-facers. Real nice to my face but backstab me in a minute. And very moody. One minute they're nicey-nice and the next minute they aren't speaking. I can't stand any of them. Such miserable phoneys.
I have tried sooo hard to overlook, be kind, stay nonreactive, be friendly etc. but it's sooo hard sometimes because they are so mean. I go to lunch alone every day, but even if they invited me I have no desire to go. I'd rather have a root canal. :/
Hang in there Girl.
