Hey ladies,
First of all I just wanted to thank you to idreamy, momesq1991 and cl-legs2001 for being so warm and welcoming. I already feel at home here and can't wait to be a good support buddy!

Well, all week I had a weird feeling about this Dr. It started from the time I made the appointment, because he was able to see me so quickly. I called him Tuesday and he could see me on Friday. The good dr's usually have a waiting list. So I called him on Wednesday to ask if he could tell me a little bit about himself. That conversation lasted like 1 minute, it's like he couldn't tell anything good about himself. Plus he answered his own phone which I though was really weird that he didn't have a receptionist. Is that weird?
I worried all week so Friday morning (my husband doesn't work on Friday's so I was able to go "scooter-poot"), I decided I would go check out his office. OMG, good thing. It was in a "not so great" part of town and it was a little hole in the wall building with a dirt parking lot and his sign was "homemade". By homemade I mean it was on a piece of ply-wood and his name was hand written.

I don't mean to sound snotty or rude but I just never had a good feeling about him.

Before I had made this appontment, my family physician referred me to another Dr, who could not see me for 3-4 weeks. I blew that off and scheduled this appointment with the "ghetto" dr. After I saw his office I called him and lied about why I couldn't come and scheduled an appointmet with the other dr. who I will see March 11. It's a while to wait, but I think it will be worth it. Atleast I hope so!

Thanks for listening.
All the Best!
Carrie

I am glad that you think so too. I didn't want to sound like a snob or above anyone, but it just didn't seem right, ya know.
I really didn't want to have to wait a month, but I think it will be worth it. My family Dr. referred us to our OBGYN and our reproductive endocrinologist and they are AWESOME Doctors.....well AWESOME isn't even a word for how great they are!
