I like to escape in a good book, listen to some good music on my iPod, play with Ryland, watch a movie. Sometimes I like to read a positive inspirational book/bible or watch funny SNL or comedian skits on Hulu or Youtube. :) Laughing really helps!

I would say calling a friend, but lately I think the ones I thought would be a support are either too busy with their lives or so don't want to hear I am not feeling perky and cheerful

Alas: one that got me alive through childhood and still misuse it, is eating for comfort, to numb,
Oh and eating a couple of handfuls of raw cashews supposedly releases the same chemicals in your brain as Prozac. I personally find eating cashews helps.
