Holiday depression advice followup

Thanks to all of you who responded to my previous post about holiday depression.  You've definitely given me some very worthwhile things to think about!

Somebody mentioned journaling.  That's actually a great idea.  If nothing else, it would be a better way of giving my doctor more accurate details about the cycles my symptoms go though.  Now to get off my butt and act on that...

Meds:  I've been on 14 different things including Prozac, Wellbutrin, Depakote, Risperdal, Halodal, Abilify, Ritalin, and Lithium.  I'm hesitant to try another.  I believe that two I currently take do work for me for the most part (lamictal and seroquel).  I think a dose increase may be in order.  That scares me however.  I have been unemployed since March and am relying on the successful completion of my B.S. degree to get me back in the workforce.  Mechanical Engineering classes with 8 classes at a time until August...well, I'm not sure that more drugs are going to help me get through that and still be coherent enough to do so successfully.  I see the doctor this week though.  I will talk about it with her.

S.A.D....Do any of you currently have this diagnosis?  I did a little research and am wondering about checking into the light box.  Does it work for you?  How many months out of the year do you find you need to use it?

I know I'll get through this, I just wish I could do so without so many low points in this roller coaster ride called "my life".  Thanks for your help!

I have not officially been diagnosed with S.A.D., but I think I definitely have it, especially around February.
