Okay what would you do if you felt you could no longer deal with business. Who would you look to for help? No close friends around. No therapist. I just can't handle anything serious. Divorce, mortgage problems, hose problems. Lawyer is no help. Everything makes me panic and seems to be complicated. I cant make phone calls about things.

Can you talk with your primary care physician?

Hi I am glad to here someone has felt the same way before. I think i will post on a few boards just to see what else might be suggested. I seem to do better and then it all gets bad again. I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow. He has not been available the last 2 days. I try to face reality and i get an instant headache and nausea. My heart races too. My doctor put me on antidepressants in the fall and they have helped. I have tried to stay away from stress but now things are compounded because of my lack of action and some things beyond my control. I dealt with an insurance issue today and it immediately made me feel some relief when it was resolved. I had called twice about it and not gotten the help i needed. The emotional energy it takes is exhausting. An hour later all the symptoms came back i know i have a notice to read but can not do it. Maybe i can take a nap and be stronger later.

I love that feeling of relief after a dreaded task has been done.
