I think It should perhaps be hyphenated with a one syllable middle name...such as Mae-Lynn or Mae-Anne.

With a short first name, I prefer a longer middle name.

Mae Christine, Mae Adrianna, Mae Bridgette, Mae Danielle,

Mae Elizabeth, Mae Francesca, Mae Kimberly, Mae Kathryn,

Mae Lyndsay, Mae Leanna, Mae Natalie, Mae Natasha, Mae Nadia

Mae Olivia, Mae Pamela, Mae Patricia, Mae Rebecca, Mae Serena,

Mae Sabrina, Mae Stephanie, Mae Taylor, Mae Tonianne, Mae Victoria,

Mae Valentina, Mae Valerie.

good luck! danielle

What about keeping it very simple and sweet: Mae Belle? I also like the names the previous posters suggested. I would try them out with your last name to see if the 2 or 3 syllable mn works when it's all put together.
