I just posted before this new format started and was not able to check the board for a couple of days (and have tried and tried, but cannot figure out how to work my way back to the old board)

I need you help with a boy's name. We presently have two sons whose names are Jack and Grant. For our third son we were thinking of either Alec or Daniel. Our last name is Joa (pn Joe-ahh). Opinions? (Please respond again even if you did on the last board.) Thanks so much.

Also, if anyone can tell me how to get back to the old board that would be greatly appreciated.

I think Alec Joa sounds best together and goes well with Jack and Grant.

Funny my last name is Oja Pronounced O ja <-soft a

I love having 3 letters for my last name! You?

Leah

Daniel gmv! I don't like the similar 'c/ck' endings with Jack & Alec.

Our last baby would've been Alec had she been a boy, so there's my vote, lol! Also, I did a search on Alec (figuring it was in your post) in the "find message about" box above and found the page below. I hope the link works!! If not, do the same search I did and you should be able to find your original post/responses.

They're both very nice, classic names. My son is Daniel Thomas and I just love the name Daniel. We use Danny a lot as a nickname and I think it's very cute. I know it's very common, but at least not trendy.
