In a crisis. My 2nd daughter due in July needs to have Pamela as middle name (I don't like the name, but it's my mothers and I'm big into family names + all my other family names suck just as bad).

My 2yo daughter's name is Jessica Rose (after my grandmother and dh's mother).

Thinking -

Samantha Pamela (Sammy Pammy ???)

Alianna Pamela (??)

Allison Anastacia Pamela (??????)(nn Alianna)

Anna Pamela (??)

I like the boyish names for her, since it'll go w/ Jessie

What do you think - please give me some suggestions, I've been awake many nights thinking about it.

Two of my favorite girl names are on your list (Anna and Allison) so I like both of them, however, I don't like Anna with Pamela because they both end in A so my vote goes for Allison. I think that is such a strong, classic feminine name!

Charlotte Pamela (you could call her Charlie!)

That is so cute! I vote for that...Charlie and Jessie :), and when she is older, Charlotte is a beautiful name.

The first thing that comes to mind when you ask for a boyish

nickname is Charlotte/Charlie. Charlotte is so pretty, feminine,

and sophisticated and Charlie is very cute and sporty.

Alianna Pamela gets my vote. My daughter's MN is Nancy which I REALLY don't like but it's my MIL's name and that meant a lot to us -- I feel your pain on using family names for middle names, lol!

I like Allison Pamela. I think Jessica/Jessie and Allison/Allie complement each other very well.

Best of luck.

I think you need a three-syllable name with the emphasis on the second syllable. An exaple would be Louisa (although I don't like the name I'm just giving you an example).
