This will be my first child and my DH's second. His son is named Bryan Joseph, so those are out of the question if we have a boy. (We still don't know yet).

I have some names picked out for each a boy and a girl and would like your opinions on them.

Boy: Victor Nathan

My DH loves the name Victor and my brother's name is Nathan, so I wanted to add that in.

Girl: Victoria Jade

Let me know what you think!

Victor, I like very much but my mind keeps wanting to make Nathan into Nathaniel instead.. the flow is better. Victor & Nathan both have 2 syllables and feels choppy. Victor Nathaniel flows a bit better. Victoria Jade is pretty. I adore Victoria. Regal, feminine and strong. Jade's not my style but it flows well and if you like it, go for it! (I'd probably use the more classic Jane in the middle).

But there's nothing really wrong with either combo. The nitpicks are really JMHO, as always

I love the name Victoria Jade...VERY PRETTY!!! Victor Nathan is nice too...kinda an old-man soundish name...but that just must be the soap opera actor I am visioning.

I like your choices.

I think Victor Nathaniel sounds much better, though. I just think it sounds best when both names don't have the same amt of sylables. JMO.
