Need help with a boy name! We are expecting our second child in january. my daughter is 2 and her name is Jayden Anne Kelly. If this baby is a girl her name will be Katarina with Kelly as her middle name.....(Kelly is my maiden name) We have not got a clue for a boy. My husband is Italian and wants an Italian name for our son. I'm not sure sure how keen I am on the idea but I am willing to be open minded. If this is a boy his middle anme will also be Kelly.

Anyone have any suggestions?

We were thinking about Tristan......Italian it is Tristano.

HELP!

Hey,

I love Tristan... and I think it goes really well with Jayden.

I think if your going to go with the Italian theme Tristano is ok, if you call him tristan.

hope that helps a little

I teach at a private school and we have three boys named Tristan.

Spelled: Trisden, Tristen, and Tristan

We have a family tradition of beginning names with a "K."

So far we have nieces and nephews:

Katelyn, Kyler, Karsen, and our son Keaton. My husband is Kenneth. He has two brothers: Kevin (married to Kelley) and Keith.

Good luck finding your name!

We have two Tristans that I know of at our school (there could be more I haven't met.....especially in PK, K or 1st, as I don't see them as much as the uppers). I like Tristan Kelly or Tristano Kelly. I love Katarina, too. As a suggestion, I love Giovanni and it has a built-in "cool" nn: Geo/Gio!

Tristan sounds a bit feminine to me. JMO though.

I have to say that I agree with your choice on Tristan or Tristano...either sound great just say it out loud. TRISTAN KELLY< TRISTANO KELLY> both are rich sounding and very masculine, I think either way you spell it, it will be a name that can a child can grow with and not look silly as an old man!!

Thanks everyone for the help! I think Tristano Kelly is the way we are gonna go! I really love it!

I'll let you know if anything changes!
