Uncommon, but not weird, names

I need boy and girl name suggestions, please. I want names that are not popular or common AT ALL, but that are not weird either. I want names that people have heard of, but they will only meet someone with that name once, maybe twice in their lifetime. I hope that I'm being specific enough.

Thank you so much!

Good suggestions so far..........I would add Leo, Amadeus, and Sebastian to the list for boys.............

Not as good with girls, but Tabitha and Cecily are cute sisters I know and I've never heard of another of either.

Here are two names I like but will never get to use because my DH is so set on traditional names. Anyways:

Girl: Tatum

Boy: Corbin

Have fun choosing!

I have heard a lot of names that just skip past like...hmm where did I hear that name before? or hmm that is a really neat name, I wonder what background/culture taht is from?

But I never heard a more interesting name than my sisters sons...from the movie the MATRIX... His name is Neo Phoenix. I thought it was odd at first but now we all have kinda become used to it. The thing is though...a lot of people think it is Neil Phoenix!!
