Solangel - what do you think? Sol-ahn-JEL (long british a sound), it is a spanish girls name which means sun-angel, Sol + angel, it is the name of a student at the university where i work, and i was quite taken with it, it's pretty but understated.
It is either go to be Solangel, Tigerlily, Kindel, Celestis, Lux, Velour/Valore (va-LAW) or Pallis

From youy picks - I think I would pick Solangel. I've heard of Solange, but I think Solangel would be pretty:-)
Good Luck!

If you are going for original, don't pick Tigerlily--been done by several celebrities so not so original. Velour/Valore will never be pronounced correctly (Va-Law) so unless you want to be constantly correcting people who will call her Velour, like the fabric, than don't use that one either.
Kindel, Lux, Solangel (which I think people will pronounce Soul-angel), Celestis (people will call her Celeste) and Pallis are all fine. Personally, my favorite is Pallis. I have never seen it spelled that way though. I've seen Pallas and have always liked that. What does that name mean?
Anyway, Pallis is my pick, like it lots!

Personally I think it's okay, but I don't love it. Like the PP I think you will CONSTANTLY have to correct the pronounciation of Velour/Valore and Tigerlily seems like one of those celebrity names. Lux is just nms, but I LOVE Celestis and Pallas. I think both of those are incredibly unique, but still have a great history. They are new and different without sounding "made up" which is a common complaint about unusual names. From your list, I would definitely choose one of those.
Good luck!
I think Solangel is quite pretty, and definitely my favourite of your choices. It remind me of a name I was quite taken with, Desanges (dez-ahnzh), which means 'of the angels' and was the name of two of my French Canadian ancestresses, mother and daughter. I've been collecting and studying names for years and have never seen it elsewhere, and am occasionally tempted to pass it on, but it doesn't fit at all with most of the names I love.
I have to agree with previous posters about Tigerlily. In addition to being something of a celebrity baby name, it makes me think of Peter Pan. While James Barrie's classic certainly has its charms, its depiction of First Nations characters is quite racist by today's standards.
Lux is of course the Latin word for 'light' from which Lucy and many related names derive. I've come across many women named Luz, the Spanish form of the word, but the only place I've encountered Lux as a name is in the film 'The Virgin Suicides.' Great film, but a teenaged suicide doesn't strike me as the best baby name inspiration. In addition, I immediately assumed when I saw the film that Lux was a nickname for Lucia or something similar, given the very traditional, Catholic names of her sisters. If you're attached to Lux, I'd strongly recommend using it as a nickname for Lucy, Lucia, Luciana, Lucienne, Lucille, Lucilla, Lucina, Lucinda, Lucasta, etc.
I would quite like Pallis if you spelled it Pallas, after the mythological figure, unless it has another derivation I'm unaware of? I love Celeste and Celia, and Celestis is okay, although for someone looking for an uncommon variation I would recommend Celestine, Celestina, Celestyn or Celestia. There's also the Latin root word coeli, 'heavenly', as in the hymn 'Regina Coeli', or 'Queen of Heaven'. It's prounounced chay-lee, and I've seen a number of phonetic spellings used as names (Chayley, Chaeli, etc.). Velour is a much-maligned fabric and an even less suitable name than Velvet, I just can't see anyone producing the pronunciation you want (which sounds reasonably pleasant) with either of the spellings you've given. I think Valora would be much better, and suggests the word valour more than a tacky textile. Kindel works, but sounds too much like many currently-trendy names to my ear (Kindley, Kinlee, McKinley, Lindley, etc.).
Of your choices, I like Solangel best by far, Pallas (Pallis) is nice, Kindel and Celestis are acceptable, and I'd definitely scratch Tigerlily, Velour/Valore and Lux (unless it's short for a longer form). If you're interested with offbeat names with particular meanings, I'd be happy to try and look some up for you.
