Sibling name for Luke and Grace?

I like Nora for a girl. We like short 1 or 2 syllable names, but are also open to 3 syllables for the right name. Hubby likes Neo for a boy...I'm more inclined to go with something like Noah or Eli? What ideas do you have? Thanks.

I know siblings here where I live named Grace (almost 4) and Luke (probably about 8 mos)

anyway here's what I think

Girls: Amy, Ariel, Cara, Dannah, Elise, Hannah, Heidi, Holly, Janna, Johanna, Jill, Kara, Kelsey, Kirstin, Molly, Megan, Nina, Paige, Rayna, Sonya, Tonya, Torri, Tasha

most of those I went with for being short. those I feel of those that fit best style-wise to Grace are Amy, Cara, Dannah, Elise, Hannah, Johanna (but not short), Kara, Molly, Megan and Nina). the others are probably not as classic/traditional, but certainly not real modern/trendy either.

Boys: Aaron, Adam, Brent, Brock, Clay, Clint, Conner, Colin, Derek, Daniel, Eric, Evan, Ethan, Holden, Hunter, Ian, Jared, Joshua, Jacob, Keegan, Kyle, Matthew, Michael, Mark or Marcus, Noah, Owen, Parker, Preston, Rory, Rhett, Seth, Shawn, Scott, Shayne, Spencer, Tanner, Trevor, Tristan, Zachary

most of those I went with for being short. those I feel of those that fit best style-wise to Grace are Aaron, Adam, Clay, Daniel, Eric, Jacob, Joshua, Matthew, Michael, Mark, Noah, Seth (it hurt to suggest Seth, I hate the name, but I concede it fits here).

some are probably a little trendy for Grace & Luke, like Conner, Colin, Evan, Ethan, Holden, Hunter, Keegan, Parker, Preston, Spencer, Tanner, Trevor & Tristan, but they aren't so different as to stand out.

even though they are not as classic I think Brent, Brock, Clint, Jared, Ian, Kyle, Owen, Rory, Rhett, Scott, and Shayne all would fit very well too.

good luck

(sorry, I'm really not crazy for Nora at all. it sounds so old-fashioned to me. I envision a really old woman every time I hear that name)

I love Noah, think Eli is OK. don't like Neo at all - neo-nazis????? think about that before you do that.

Noah or Eli--maybe Elijah--would be great with the sibling names. For boys I also like Caleb. Nora is a beautiful name! I really don't like Neo at all for a little boy, makes me think of The Matrix--is that what DH is going for??

Ethan
Nolan
Cade
Logan
Owen
Pierce
Grant
Blake

For a girl:
Paige
Norah (I like it with an "h")

My favorites are Grant and Blake for a boy/Paige and Jade for a girl.

Nora is very nice.

I'm not too fond of Neo (!) but I do think Noah would go well w/ the other names. I do like Eli too but I like Noah better.

I LOVE Nora, but don't like Neo at all. I think both Noah and Eli sound really, really nice with Luke and Grace. Jonah, Thomas, and Samuel would also be nice, but I think Eli is my favourite.

Well I think you already got it nailed. Nora or Noah!

P.S. if my DH were to suggest the name Neo to me, I'd tell him go watch the Matrix :):)

I love the names Luke and Grace. Im actually wanting to use them as middle names for my future kids. I love the name Gabriel and Luke seems to go really well with it. I also am thinking of Elijah(Eli), both of which would work well with your other two. I think with your 2 childrens names it would be wierd to throw in something like Neo, it doesnt fit the style at all and all i can think of is the matrix. I also like James, Joel, Micah, Mark, Caleb, Noah, for a boy and Joy, Joyanna, Ruthie, Esther, Hannah, Sarai, Johannah, Miriam for a girl. Those are the only ones i can think of right now..
My Favorites are Joel and Joyanna. They just have the same feel as Luke and Grace. Well Good luck to you!!!!!

Nora, Noah, and Eli are all great. I think they go well with Luke and Grace. Neo doesn't work for me. I only think of the character in The Matrix - sci-fi movie name doesn't go with 'classic' sounding names like you have. The word itself even means 'new' - again, doesn't go.

My suggestions - Ella, Jane, Molly
Henry, Jack, Levi

PS - Grace was my girl name when my son was born, and Lukas was my boy name when my daughter was born! I wound up with Carter and Bailey - totally different vibe to the names - but I still love your kids' names!

I'm sorry, but IMO, naming a child Neo is a bad idea, esp next to such lovely and classic names as Luke and Grace. When then first thing someone things of upon hearing your child's name is neo-nazi, that's a sign its not a great name.

Nora is pretty, I'll try to add a few in your style:

Lana
Carlene
Hannah
Lacy
Dina
Sarah
Heidi
Kelsey

Noah and Eli are two of my favs for boy names, here are some others:

Jonah
Seth
Max
Peter
Ezra
Gage
