I don't think Caitlin LiliAnn flows very nicely, as they both end in an -in sounds. I prefer Briann spelt Brianne, it just makes more sense to me, and I prefer LiliAnn spelt Liliann. That said, I like Brooke and Brianne equally, but if you are going to use that spelling for Brianne, then I prefer Brooke LiliAnn. Why don't you create a poll to see which comes out on top?
I like Caitlin and Briann the best. Caitlin LiliAnn sounds a little rhymey, though, with both names being two-syllables and ending in "-in" and "-an" sounds. I'm guessing you're honoring someone with the Ann, so maybe another combination or double middle name? Caitlin Ann Lili, Caitlin Liliana, etc.
I like Briann, too, but not sure of that spelling. I get the Ann part, but I think it will get confused with Brian a lot, since it's only one extra letter. If it didn't bother you too much, I'd probably add an E on the end to make it more feminine (or even an A if you like Brianna as well). Just a thought.
(On the other hand, I was just thinking you might be going for a Bri-ann pronunciation - with a long I like in Brian). In that case you'd probably want to stick with this spelling, and can disregard the above comments lol.)

Either way, they're still pretty names. :) HTH
