We share a due date! lol I'm also due April 22 ... with surprise baby #3 (baby #2's 1st birthday party is tomorrow, if that gives you an idea of our surprise lol).
Back to the topic at hand ...
I like both names. I think Oliver Noah (blank-blank) will flow just fine. Oliver's a really cute name, btw. My daughter loves the movie Oliver and company (don't know if that's a good association for you or not, but he'd probably love the movie too ... anything with your name in it is pretty cool). :)
You're right about how people will probably perceive Kaileigh though. When I first saw it I thought, "Kay-lee Belle ... that's funny because my name's Kelli and when I was little people always called me Kelli-Bell" lol. The spelling does look nice on paper, but you'll have to be willing to constantly correct people who want to pronounce it Kay-lee. Some other spellings for Kylie listed in my baby name book are:
Keiley
Keilley
Keilly
Keily
Kiley
Kylee
My personal favorites (substituting your Leigh spelling) are Keileigh (same as yours with an E instead of an A ... would help with the pron. and looks just as nice) or Kyleigh (also just as nice, but not as close to the one you have now). HTH! :)

I love Oliver Noah! It's adorable and I think it flows very well.
I definitely thought "Kaylie" when I said Kaileigh. If I had seen Kai on it's own, I would have pronounced it correctly, but since I have seen so many variations of Kayleigh/Kaylie/Kaelie/Kaeleigh/Kailie/etc my eyes read it as one more of those variations. I agree that Kai is prettier than Ky, unfortunately with a name that looks so similar to Kayleigh/Kaleigh you are probably going to have to correct people constantly. I'm sorry I don't have better advice, but the only thing I can think of to keep the prefered spelling is change the name all together and give her a first name that is a variation of Kai and Leigh as a middle name.
Good luck!
HI Jodi -
I like Oliver Ray. Oliver Noah is ok. I'm not sure of your ln so it's hard to make that decision. I also like Oliver Ross. This might be another option for you. YOu can have the "r"

I haven't read what the other posts have said yet, but I see no reason why you can't use the middle name Ray. Its to honor someone and who uses middle names that often to know who has what middle name. I like Oliver Ray and Oliver Noah, but if Oliver Ray means more to you, than go for it!
I automatically read the girls name as Kay-lie, not kylie. I love the name Kylie, Maybe spell it Kyleigh instead? Could be just me though.......Love Belle, too!
Just to mention this, I never thought I would like the name Oliver, but it is really growing on me!

Of course, this is jmo but
#1-I like Oliver Ray MUCH better than Oliver Noah. I don't see any reason why you can't use it too. Unless your nephew goes by Ray. My hubby is from Belarus (former USSR) and all our children has the same middle. boys have nicolaivich (son of nicolai) and girls have nicolaievna (daughter of nicolai.) At the very least, I think Oliver will sound better with a 1 syb. mn.
#2- Kaileigh Belle is lovely but I did confuse the pronoucation. So, I think you should rethink the spelling and change it to Kyleigh or resign yourself to explaining to others how to say it.
Beautiful names!

Oliver Noah is fine.
Kaileigh is an eye-full. I would pronounce it Kaylee, so I think you'd get that a lot. Imo, the "leigh" ending makes it look a bit overdone.
Oliver Noah is fine as far as flow goes
Kaileigh Belle is fine as flow goes, but the spelling of Kaileigh is off. firsts of all, there are too may Kaylee's around (about a dozen spellings) - people won't take that ai as the long I sound
go for Kylie so she doesn't spend her life correcting people's pronunciations and spellings.
good luck
