I wish more parents realized Alexia is a medical disorder. Alexa or Alessia (Italian) is a good option, if you're attracted to the sound of Alexia.
Cassadie's parents should not be surprised if people repeatedly pronounce her name cuh-sadie. Perhaps that was their intention...
How is Lesia's name pronounced?
Ginger
I'm not sure exactly how Lesia is pronounced; she's named for her grandmother (exactly), and they usually just call her LeeLee.
As for Alexia, I couldn't believe it when I saw that. I know it's a Greek name, but Hymen is a name from mythology, too. Names that are also medical terms should just not be used.
