What about Clara?

I actually saw a post in the "girls" section about Claire and many people suggested Clara for her. I think I might really like that name!

If you do like it, any middle name suggestions?

What do you think? You guys are so great btw. I can't believe the response I got on my Savannah poll. Thanks again. It is much appreciated.

You may have found a winner. Micah, Zachariah, Amaya and Clara is fantastic!

Clara is the perfect mix of uncommon and familiar, per your other kiddos' names. Something everyone has heard, easy to spell and pronounce, but not one you hear so often you get tired of it. I can only think of one IRL ... Kate's Kindergarten teacher's infant dd. ;) Very sweet. And of course you have your -a ending, as well. ;)

Really love it for you (and in general LOL). It'd gmv in a heartbeat!

As to mns, Clara Genevieve immediately comes to mind. No real reason, I suppose ... I just like it. LOL I can't recall if you've mentioned the other kids' mns in the past. Might help give a better indication of mn-style. I'll avoid wracking my brain until then.

Clara is sooo pretty and classy. Love it. Great choice!

I really love pp's suggestions of Clara Jane and Clara Eve. I think a one syllable middle name works best for some reason.

Clara...hmmm. I went to school with one. She was a cool girl. Different and a Skater.
I'm still not sure about the name. I always hear Clara and think Clarabelle, or a Cows name? Is that terrible? Along the lines of Clara how about...

Good Luck. You will get some great ideas from the ladies on the board

I think Clara is beautiful and fits in perfectly with your other children. Great choice! It's a dainty, very feminine name; I always think of Clara from the Nutcracker when I hear it.

For a mn, I'd avoid any -belle name. Clarabelle the Cow is a Disney character, and I think Thomas the Tank Engine pulls a car named Clarabelle. Sorry for any repeats:

Clara Paige
Clara Violet
Clara Elizabeth
Clara Margaret
Clara Rachel
Clara Faye
Clara Felicity
Clara Beatrix
Clara Sophie
Clara Natalie
Clara Scarlett

I am a big fan of Claira Marie
Claira Jane
Claira Elizabeth
Claira Katrina
Claira Catherine

My favorite is Claira Marie. I am biased though I am naming my future daughter Alaina Marie. I do think Marie goes well with Claira though!!
