Eli- I like this one a lot, it's my second choice
Ari- This is a really nice name, but I think it'd get to confusing w/ Ani. Your kids have unique names, let them stand out from one another.
Ean- This one's ok. I like the sound and I like Ian but I think a lot of people would get confused w/ spelling.
Ali- I feel the same about this one as Ari.
Oli- This one's interesting but I agree w/ the other poster. Kids will probably call him oily.
Ash- This was my pick because I think it flows w/ your others kids names but is also very unlike the rest.
Some other nice/unique 3 letter names;
Fox- I like this one a lot
Von, Koi, Bry, Jet, Max,

mom to Elijah, Isaiah, Paul, Josh and Angel
I don't really like any of these, If I had to pick I'd go with Ian but only if you spelt it that way, but IMO it's too boring and common. My thoughts on the rest--
Eli--Very blah and boring which doesn't seem like your style
Ari--Way to girly for a boy.
Ean (Like Ian) --Prefer Ian
Ali--No it's a common nickname for Allison which is now a girl name.
Oli-Like another poster said, he'd be teased with Oily
Ash--I used to love this name for a boy. But sadly I met a 25 year old man who totally ruined it for me. He was a 25 yearold bum, filthy, potty mouth, etc etc! Which I honestly hate because I like this name a lot. But the one thing that would have held me back if I hadn't met said loser is that Ashley is a girls name and Ash is a pretty common nickname for that. Which for me is a turn off for a boys name.
I voted Ari. Here in Finland it is pronounced Ur-eh.
I also suggest Aki (pronounced UK (like in ugly but with hard K)-eh).
