I would like to use my husband's grandmother's name which is Alic'e, with a hypen over the C, pronounced Alechey. It is German and I am sure everyone will end up calling my daughter Alice even with the hypen. Does anyone have any other spelling suggestions beside the Alechey.

I think Alice (with the accent) is fine. If you change the spelling, you take away some of the meaning, plus you'll be pronouncing it for everyone anyway bc not many ppl are used to seeing it with an accent.
Also, I would definitely stay away from another "belle" or "bella" name. They are wayyyy too similar to me.

I love the idea of honoring DH's grandmother. However, I think it's just way too difficult with the spelling. You're really setting her up for a lifetime of confusion and mispronunciation. I hate to say it, but I'd change it to Alice in honor of her and call it a day. If DH is totally opposed, then perhaps find another name totally.
But not Mirabelle! Sorry. Lovely name, but not for a family with an Isabella.
