The name Crew is really growing on me, however, my husbands name is Drew.

I think that Crew and Drew are too close. Instead of Crew what about Cruz.

Cruz and Drew sounds much better than Crew and Drew.

I agree with PP's suggestions of Cruz - I like it much better.

Crew and Drew sound overly cute and like a hotbed of confusion. (Potentially on par with the family I know where it's Anne, Andy and their daughter Randi. Somehow the slight variance is even worse than if it were Anne, Andy and a son Andy.)

But I love Dashiell with the nn of Dash!

Does anyone like just Dash as the given name and not Dasheill.

It's...okay as a full name, but I think that since you've established this K pattern, it would leave room for people to fumble the beginning. But there are loads of short names that don't have a k/c counterpart. Let's see:

Rex (or Dex...I can see Dex on its own with your kids)
Drake
Laith
Hoyt
Rafe
Judah

I don't know if those'll help any, but I can see them working. I could also see Coy, for what it's worth.

We never intentionally established the "K" pattern, although now I seem almost driven to continue it.

I prefer Dash to Koyer...the "more coy" sound-alike is a bit off to me. But I do know a boy named Kotter (I prefer the Cotter take, myself); his brother is Kai, which could do really well for you. (Though I admit that a family of Ks isn't my style...I have issues with Ks, which is a little odd since...well...I've got a K-name.)

I like the suggestion of Kai - love that name on a boy.

I do like Dash as well (and I like that better than Kash).

I don't know why, but when I think of the name Kai...I think girl, not boy.
