of course William is a boys name, but if i saw just Brylee i would first assume girl. thats just my opinion though.

Oh my. I honestly can't imagine that most people didn't question Brylee as well. Brylee for a *boy*? Brylee sounds 100% girl to me. I'm sorry!

What about William Montelle? I like that a bit. Is Montelle a family name?

Honestly, I would keep Montel over Brylee. Brylee both looks feminine to me and reminds me of the Brylcream styling product that I'm pretty sure my FIL still uses.

Both Brylee and Montelle look ultra-feminine to me, by contemporary standards.
