Hello there. My name is Karyn. I am new here. Actually, I have been looking at the board and reading posts for a while. I have one step daughter Raychael Jane who is 18. I am expecting my firsts in July. We plan to name them Zoie(not sure on spelling yet...plz help with that) and Jacob. Middle names are yet to be determined.

Congrats on the twins - that is very exciting!

I like the name Zoe - but prefer it spelled this way.

Do you have any family names that might work for middle names. With a girl and a boy - I would love to see your middle name for Zoe and Dh's for Jacob. Just a thought.

I prefer the simpler Zoe spelling. To me Zoie just looks strange, and is more trendy, since misspellings is a big trend these days! Both Zoe and Jacob are older, more timeless names, and I like them both!

Zoe and Jacob are adorable names! I prefer Zoe spelled this way, or like Zoey. For middle names, I'd look first to see if there are any family names you'd like to pass on, and go from there. :)

As for siggies, you can get help with that on the Signature Showcase boards.

Pleeeeeease spell Zoe properly. The 'i' is superfluous and makes it look...a bit silly to my eyes.

I agree. Zoie looks silly, but Zoe and Jacob are great (and no, I don't pronounce Zoe like "zo", more like "zo-ee".

Since Jacob is a very traditional name, I think you should spell your daughter's name the traditional way...Zoe.
