Girls
Nora Caroline- I think this name is gorgeous, Eleanor Caroline would be very nice too.
Lena Frances- Lena seems more like a nn to me and I've never been a fan of Frances. It has a harsh sound to it that I don't find very femminine
Cora Genevieve- I think Cora is a nice name that ages well, the more I hear it the more I like it. Genevieve is great when used as a mn
Mira Louisa- Mira means to look in spanish so that's all I think of when I see this name. I don't like Louisa at all.
Amelia Claire- I LOVE the name Amelia. I like the name Claire too but I'm not sure about the flow of them together.
Charlotte Helene- This is a beautiful name. I love when little girls are nn'd Charlie.
Anneliese Sophia- Anneliese is ok. I'm hearing it more and more though and it's suprisingly hard for a lot of people I know to prononce it. Plus there's a lot of different ways to pronounce it. Some say the L, some don't. I like Sophia a lot.
Eleanor Mae- I love Eleanor, Mae is alright. It reminds me of an old country filler mn.
Clara Mathilda- Clara just seems like an incomplete word to me. I feel like someone's trying to say Clarify. I'm not crazy about about the th in Mathilda. Matilda would be much better.
Louisa Eileen- This one's probably my least favorite. I don't think they flow together well at all either.

For your girls I think Charlotte and Eleanor would go best with Joanna.

Boys
Jacob William- I love the name Jacob when the nn Jake is used.
Benjamin Charles- This name is ok.
Joel Martin- I like the name Joel but it sounds strange to me next to Martin.
Henry Walter- Love Henry, not crazy about Walter. Maybe Henry James or Henry Jacob.
William Jacob- I think William is a very good strong name.
Roman Daniel- Roman just seems like an old man to me. This one's probably my least favorite of your boys. I do love Daniel though.
Wesley Alexander- Wesley has never struck me as a strong boys name.
Andrew James- This name sounds nice togther. Andrew's always been so so to me but paired with James it sounds very handsome.
Jonah Stephen- I love the name Jonah but I think it would clash to much with your daughters name Joanna. Try and say them together 5 times fast. I can't.
Nathaniel Owen- This is probably my favorite of your boys names. The name sounds really good together.

For your boys I think Joanna could go well with William, Nathaniel, Benjamin, Henry and Jacob.

Congrats on number 2! Joanna Elizabeth is great.
I love your list - you have great taste.
My thoughts:
Girls
Nora Caroline - this is great - I also love Caroline as a fn for you
Lena Frances - While a pretty name, it has a very different feel from Joanna
Cora Genevieve - love the name Cora
Mira Louisa - Pretty name, similar feeling as Lena though
Amelia Claire - I love this - Claire would make a great fn too
Charlotte Helene - Great with Joanna
Anneliese Sophia - while this is a great name - I don't like that it has the name Ann in it like Joanna does
Eleanor Mae - cute and could do this with Nora as the nn
Clara Mathilda - pretty
Louisa Eileen - just ok to me

My favorites are Nora, Cora, Amelia, and Charlotte

Boys
Jacob William - just ok - a little too popular
Benjamin Charles - very very handsome
Joel Martin - I don't like that both of your kids names would have Jo at the beginning
Henry Walter - handsome - I like Henry Charles a lot more though
William Jacob - I like this better than Jacob William
Roman Daniel - totally different feel from Joanna
Wesley Alexander - I really like this - Wesley is an underused gem
Andrew James - I like Andrew a lot for a brother to Joanna
Jonah Stephen - nice
Nathaniel Owen - I just can't get into Nathaniel

My favorites are Benjamin, Henry, Wesley and Andrew

Good Luck!
