I strongly dislike Tate, its a bit boring and doesn't sound finished. Kate is MUCH better, still a bit boring but much more feminine.

I don't think Reece James flows very well. If James is a family name, you could always have two middle names and make it Reece _____ James. Reece Alexander James? I don't know. The name Reece reminds me of Reese's Pieces chocolate. =]

I like Reece for a boy, but Tate (just Tate) sounds very masculine for Reece's sister. Tatum, on the other hand...

I don't like Tate at all, I don't like it on a boy either but I especially dislike it on a girl, Elizabeth is nice but a bit filler unless it has family meaning to you.

I absolutely love the nn Tate for Tatum. Do you like Tatum? Love the mn, too. Good choice, I say!

Reece is one of my all time favs. It's so masculine, yet so sweet. It doesn't remind me of Reese's Pieces at all. However, I am not a big fan of James. Do you like Emerson Reece and he can go by Reece??

HTH!
