I love the name Arabella, it's very cute and it's the name of a Charater on ALL MY CHILDREN, Anyway, I like it and Willa the best.

I just grudgingly removed Alanna from my short list. It has two problems that bothered me. People have trouble pronouncing it (or people with this name pronounce it different ways) and it has multiple spellings. Yours was the spelling I prefered, but I found on the SSA website that it was not the most popular spelling. I was surprised. I had a friend named Alanna and she said it was a real struggle to get people to say it right. She said it like Atlanta without the Ts.

Marella is beautiful, but if you want uncommon, don't use the nn Ellie (or Ella for that matter). I think Ellie/Ella are going to be EVERYWHERE in grade schools soon. Marella is beautiful on its own and doesn't need a nn (in my opinion....)!
