I know you aren't asking for name suggestions, but what about Gianna.

Although both my husband and I really like that name, Gianna was the name of his girlfriend before he met me.

A little weird?

I love your choices! I voted for Isabella, but I also love Mia and Sophia. I was just going to make one more suggestion. I have always loved the name Milana and I was going to give it to my dd as a mn to honor my Italian Grandmother, but I ended up naming her Liliana and well, Liliana Milana?! LOL

Good Luck

Instead of Sophie or Sofia, which is probably in my opinion a true Italien name, try the name Sophia. If you want that Italien name, but not as old looking as Sofia.

The more I look at Sofia, I think you are right--I like the spelling of Sophia. The name almost looks softer with the "ph" (and not so old!). Thanks for help, we really appreciate it!
