- Comment on these names especially if you really dislike any of them!
- I want honest opinions.
You will be able to change your vote.

I don't really like Edith-- I can'd get Mrs. Bunker and that high pitched nasal voice out of my mind. don't get me wrong, she's endearing, but a little dippy.
Evelyn--my mother has a college friend with this name. Very strong and interesting woman--did lots of traveling, used to model...got pregnant at 18 and moved to OK w/her her BF, who she put through grad school by being a go-go dancer...conflicting images are in my mind when I think of this name: warm and highly intelligent, yet also a bit loose and VERY sexual.
Miren--I just don't like it, looks a bit like "mirror" to me, and I prefer Maren.
Greta-- this is kind of cute.
Eliza: I can take it or leave it.
Anna--prefer as a middle name, but if you love it, go for it.
Best ofluck!
I don't think Greta is very attractive. Miren I don't know how to pronounce. If it is MY ren I really dislike it.
Anna Eliza and Evelyn are old fashioned but they are also soft and pretty.
Edith nn Edie - I hate Edith - reminds me too of Edith Bunker - eek.
Evelyn - LOVE this! and the nn's of Eve or Evie.
Miren - Don't like this, sounds like a surname because of the actress Helen Mirren. An alternative might be Meredith??
Greta - Don't like this. Brings to mind a crotchety old woman with a zillion cats. Prefer Maggie as a nn for Margaret.
Eliza - LOVE this. beautiful.
Anna - Okay for me. a bit common.
JMHO, of course ;)

You definitey don't hear Edith anymore. And if you like Lucy, just name her that - Lucille is really really outdated. Evelyn, also is very outdated. Greta too.
I'm not into traditional or old-fashioned names at all, so it's hard for me to vote on this one. Miren - I've never heard that at all, but it certainly isn't very feminine sounding, too much like the man's name Myron.
Eliza is OK. Anna is certainly old-fashioned, but not out-dated, hope you understand the difference of what I mean.
Well, those were my honest opinions.
Caroline
Well, OF COURSE, I'm going to vote for Greta (check out my DD's name)!!
