Definitely Mason Cole. I love it! Lane is just too feminine for me.

Well, with both combinations, they all seem to be "word" names.

Mason is a bricklayer, a lane is a type of street, and Moore sounds like "more"....

Again, "mason" is a bricklayer, Cole sounds like "coal" (and "cold"), and Moore sounds just like "more".

Of the two, I agree with pp--Mason Lane Moore sounds a little

I am assuming that Moore is your last name. If so I would chose neither as I don't like both the first ans last name starting w/ the same letter. Mason Moore is a little too much. Would you consider Cole Mason Moore? Some other similar names:

Davis

Tanner

Logan

Gavin

Carter

Carson

Evan

I prefer Mason Lane Moore. Both MN Lane or Cole are great, but I think Mason Lane flows better with LN Moore. To my ears, Mason Cole Moore seems to mesh into "Mason Colemoor" and that's the main reason I prefer Mason Lane. But as I said, both MN are nice. Good luck.
