Tanner is a name that I don't really like because I imagine (A) a person who tans animal hides or (B) a person who uses/overuses tanning beds (partly because there is a nearby tanning salon called Tanner's Corner). But I *don't* hate it...I just think of the bad associations first, which is my problem ;-) I try to get past that. I do like MN Roy.
Good luck!
Emily is just too common for me to ever vote for - it's not necessarily a "hate" - it's just way too overused - probably because it does have a pretty sound. but Emily and Alia together is just way too vowel heavy
good luck.
I'd keep the Tanner, start looking at other relatives (husband's first or middle possibly or your dad's first or middle - or that grandfather Roy's middle possibly) for a different middle name
I'd change the Alia to the first name and look for something else for the middle. Alia (although I would pronounce it A-LEE-ah, not All-ya. try a middle that doesn't start or end with any vowel since Alia has three vowels in it.
good luck
