I would have voted for don't like it if that had been an option.

I was just going to say exactly what Mona has already expressed, so I'll just ditto her! ;) Would have voted for "don't like it" had it been an option, don't like Gracie as a given name (but it's an adorable nn) and immediately thought of Gracie Lou Freebush.

I like both Grace and Jean, but Gracie seems too juvenile as a given name. I much prefer Grace nn Gracie, so she has the option to use either as an adult and on resumes etc.

I didn't vote because I didn't want to say "hate it", but using a nick name sounding name for a first name is nms. Grace Jean nn Gracie Jean? Grace is so popular it's nms though.

Sorry.

I just want to ditto Mona. I voted for Hate it, even though I would have chosen 'don't like' because I dont really hate it, I just think that Gracie should be the nn.

Name her Grace and call her Gracie while she's little. How would you like to be a 30 some year old professional woman named Gracie? It's way too cutesy for a given name.
