So far, about two weeks into knowing they're twins I've had 3 different people at different times suggest I uses matchy names. They even called them matchy names. Looking for opinions on which bothers you the *most.* I'm just curious at this point.

I voted for rhyming, but all manner of matchiness irritates me. Rhyming bothers me the most because it is the most confusing. It's easy to mishear Cara as Sara when you are speaking, etc.

While I am not a fan of the first letters matching, I think I would find Hailey and Hannah much less confusing than Hailey and Bailey. My preference would be to have 2 names that have a similar feel, but don't have either the same begining or ending sounds, like Celia and Maren, or Caroline and Eleanor.

I voted for same name, but I dislike rhyming just as much.

Oh how I wish there were an "all of the above" option! LOL

I went with rhyming in the end, because it just seems the most obviously matchy, KWIM? Any and all of the other choices would also make me cringe, however, and George and Washington WOULD crack me up! ;)
