I voted Thomas Fitzgerald.

I like Theo too, though I'm actually partial to Ted/Teddy. If I were actually planning to use the first names, I'd be leaning towards Theodore or Oliver, I think, since they are a little more distinctive. As it is, I'm leaning towards William and Thomas, which have been favorites of mine as long as I can remember.
(BTW, guess what I'm watching on tv right now? I'll give you a hint -- somewhere, a little fish is waiting patiently for you to adopt it and name it after the main character. )
I just watched it yesterday! By bar exam is Tuesday and Wednesday, and broke out my DVDs and even hooked up by DVD player that was still packed because I needed a little push to remember exactly WHY I am doing this to myself...nothing like a really impressive, inspiring, tear-inducing courtroom scene to make you get fired up about passing the hardest test you'll ever have to take.
Oh God, help me... :-( I am not a happy girl.
I'm one of the two votes for Theodore, Annie, but I also like Thaddeus quite a bit ... is that out? ;)

I do still adore Thaddeus. And there are a couple of others growing on me right now, so this list is by no means definitive. But I didn't think Thaddeus Fitzgerald sounded quite right. And, I admit, the biggest appeal Thaddeus holds for me is the nn Tad (which I love SO much) and if he's going to be called Fitz, that's sort of a moot point.
It's funny that William is getting so few votes because that is the combination I feel most drawn to. It sounds almost presidential to me. (And it seems like the perfect match with brother John Beckett.)
Ok, glad to hear Thaddeus is just on the back burner for now. ;)
William was actually my second choice, but I hear it used so often I was drawn to one of your less-common choices. I totally agree that it would be the perfect brother to John Beckett, though!
