I think stylistically they work just fine. You will have three girls with names that start with virtually the same sound, though. Do Alyssa or Elizabeth go by nicknames? Will Elena?
In other words, if a dozen and more times daily you are saying Alyssa, Elizabeth and Elena, or or Lyssa, Liz and Lena (my friend whose name is Elena actually goes by the nn Layna since Lena is often pronounced as LEAN-a), it might start to become a little bit of a tongue twister. But, if you'll be calling Alyssa, Beth and Lena/Layna, it's just fine.
I agree with some of the others ... three girls with names that all begin nearly identically would be much too similar and just seems to be asking for confusion. ;) If your son was Alexander or something, and you felt boxed into such a choice, I could sort of understand, but since his is different -- making Alyssa and Elizabeth simply a coincidence at this point -- I'd shy away from any "vowel+L" beginnings for this one, KWIM? ;)
My first thought was Enora. Similar to Elina, without the El- beginning, and concidentally gives you An-, En-, Al- and El- names (without them sounding matchy). There are actually some great names in some of those Barbie movies (my five-year-old loves them LOL), so to borrow some others that might also suit your style ...

Elena Christine is a GREAT fit with the others.
You might also like Emilia Christine.
Good luck,

Hi,
I like Elena Christine but Alanna would go well with your other children's names.
Melissa
Definitely Elena- so classy.

I love the name Elena but for me, it's much too close to Alyssa and Elizabeth.
