Easily Leah- it is gorgeous, simple, feminine, not too common, and classy.

Sydney is cute, but trendy.
Laura is okay, but I find it a tad boring. Lorelei and Lauren are other similar, more interesting options.
Zoie is AWFUL (sorry!), Zoey is really bad, and Zoe is too cutesy for my liking. If you do use this name, please use the Zoe spelling, and please scrap "Zoie" right away!!!

I find Leah is a very common name - at least with adults my age but maybe it's a geographical thing. There were three Leah/Lia's at the office I used to work at.

My vote was for Laura because it's simple and very pretty but less popular now. Lorelei seems to be getting more common now but it also reminds me too much of the mythical Rhine Maiden.. (the one who sung so sweetly that sailors sailed into the rocks - it's usually written Loreley) and I prefer Laura to any of the variations (Lauren, Laurel, Laurie).

I agree Sydney is too trendy for my tastes. I like Zoe but none of the other spellings but WAY prefer Chloe.

I really like Zoe, and I would use that spelling. Zoey is okay, but Zoie is really bad IMO. It just makes me think "ZWAH." LOL. Three years of French will do that to you.

I like all the other names, as well, though, so it was hard to vote. No matter which you choose, they're all lovely! :)
