DH has recently decided he likes the following names for a boy. There are too many to make a poll, but please let me know what you think of them and any nice combos you can make out of them. They are listed alphabetically, not in order of importance.
Aidan
Alfred
Arthur
Chase
Cohen
Connor
Drake
Eli
Elliot
Ethan
Evan
Finnegan
Harold
Jude
Lee
Leo
Liam
Owen
Sydney
Thanks,

Aidan: WAY too overused in my opinion. As are the MANY variants of it: Braden, Caden, etc
Alfred: not my favorite, but it could grow on me
Arthur: I really like this, and think it could be so cute on a little guy!
Chase: eh, doesn't do much for me
Cohen: like this
Connor: like this
Drake: don't like
Eli: love as a nn for...
Elliot: LOVE
Ethan: like this
Evan: don't like this, but do find it a nice alternative to plain old John
Finnegan: I actually kind of like this, but I do love the nn Finn, so that could be why
Harold: don't like this
Jude: LOVE this
Lee: don't like this
Leo: love this as a nn. I think it would have to be paired with a great longer mn for me to like it as a stand-alone
Liam: LOVE
Owen: like
Sydney: all the Sydney's I know are female, so this is all girl to me. I also think, if you do choose to go with this, you might opt for the Sidney spelling as that does at least seem a little less feminine to me.
HTH!
Aidan - too popular
Alfred - too old sounding - unless you call him Freddy - which you don't hear anymore
Arthur - NMS
Chase - cute
Cohen - sounds too much like a last name
Connor - cute
Drake - ok
Eli - like as a nn to Elliot
Elliot
Ethan - love
Evan - love
Finnegan - love love love - call him Finn (Finley works too)
Harold - nn Harry is cute
Jude - love
Lee - maybe as a middle name
Leo - just always makes me think of a lion:)
Liam - like as a nn to William
Owen - like, but I had a dog growing up named Owen so that is what I think - but you wouldn't - cute middle name
Sydney - too girly
Good Luck - HTH
Owen would be my favorite on the list, it's been my second favorite boys name for years.
Okay! Here are my thoughts:
Aidan-Nice work for spelling it right! It's a great name, but way way way too popular these days.
Alfred-I don't love Alfred, but do think Alfie is very cute. At least this is different.
Arthur-Dashing & unique. I love Artie too.
Chase-Very cool. This is also a nice nn for Charles if you wanted something more formal.
Cohen-I can't get into this one.
Connor-Okay. I really prefer Conor. In any case, it's super popular.
Drake-Not bad. Not my favorite.
Eli-Nice.
Elliot-I love this. Very handsome.
Ethan-Okay. I know about a million though.
Evan-I like this.
Finnegan-Very cool!
Harold-That's not my favorite, but at least it's different.
Jude-I love Jude.
Lee-Meh, this is a bit ho-hum.
Leo-Cute cute.
Liam-I love it.
Owen-Very handsome.
Sydney-I don't mind Sidney for a boy at all, but with either spelling, it's way too popular for girls.
Hope this helps!
From your list, I really, really love Eli and Owen. I also like Jude. I love Eli on it's own, not as a nn - it's been my top boy's name since my daughter was born, and I'm still in love with it.
Favorites: Liam, Elliot, Owen, Arthur
Please don't use Sydney, this one has been stolen by the girls.
Chase
Elliot
Jude
Liam
What do you think? I mentioned in the girl's poll that Lee is a family name that I would like to use, but Liam is a nice variation of it that could be used as a first name perhaps. DH has liked Liam for a long time, and I think it is growing on me. He has also always liked Jude, but lately Chase has been a nice choice.
Thanks,
Tracy
I like Aidan, Jude, Eli, Finnegan, Liam, Elliot, Evan, Connor, Ethan & Owen
Some combos for you:

Alfred I like this
Arthur and this
Chase NMSAA
Cohen could be cute I'm not sure on it
Connor see Aidan
Drake NMS
Eli Nice
Elliot I like this
Ethan See Aidan and Conner except only one spelling I know of
Evan ok
Finnegan ok

Lee I am not crazy about Lee it is my sons middle name because it was my moms I think it makes a great middle name when it is to honor someone:)
Leo nice
Liam NMS

Elliot and Jude are my favorites for first names. Jude seems to be gaining popularity in my neck of the woods and we were considering Hugh as an alternative.
Elliot Chase and Elliot Cohen are nice combos though I'm not crazy about Chase as a name (too verby for me).
Jude Arthur and Jude Finnegan sound okay together.
