For me, it mostly depends on how you're pronouncing it.
de-VON is most definitely masculine, while DE-von is more feminine (although I know men who pronounce their names this way, too). In my group of acquaintances, it's more common for boys, if that means anything to you.
Devon has almost always been equally unisex - I've always known (and I'm talking since like for the last 25-30 years) equal #s of boys and girls named Devon - with various spellings - Devon, Devin, Devyn (the Y one is always girls)
It's always pronounced DEV-in - regardless of the o, i or y - I've seen Devan on rare occasions, but I'd avoid that - because that could go De-VAN, which I think not a nice pronunciation at all
another poster said something about for a girl it being pronounced De-VONN - which I do not agree with at all, I know several girls named Devon or Devyn, pronounced just the same way as a boy would
I think Devon sp is for a girl and for a boy it's sp Devan or Devin. I went to college with a girl named Devon - and always thought it was a beautiful name and very original for a girl.
Hi there! I have two friends who have children with this name. One is a boy and one is a girl. My friend who has the son spells it Devan. My friend who has the daughter spells it Devon.

It's unisex to me.
