Interesting...
I had the hardest time deciding among Rose, Rachel, and Cynthia, but it looks like no one agrees with me. Rose would have been my first pick, but it seemed a little too planty with Ivy (still gorgeous though).
Rachel is very pretty, and Cynthia is my mother-in-law's name and popular with her generation, and I think it's rather pretty... in the end I went with Rachel.

While I picked Lillian (sounds so pretty with Ivy, imo), I also think that Katherine, Sabrina, Rachel, Laura, and Cynthia sound very nice.
Rose Ivy and Autumn Ivy sounds a bit silly, imo; and Opal Ivy is rather singsongy, imo.
I like Sabrina Ivy best.
Opal, Rose and Katherine are lovely, too.
