This was a very intense read b/c it was about parents dealing with the death of a child at the hands of a drunk driver. To make matters worse the driver was a childhood friend of the mother. The author did an amazing job at capturing their grief and their efforts to somehow move forward with their lives. It was a hard book to read but I thought the ending was very good.
