Anyone Read #1 ladies det.agency??

A friend of mine keeps recommending these. I put the first one on reserve at the library and will probably pick it up tomarrow. Does anyone have any opinions??

I'm probably one of the few people who didn't like this book. I found the language to be stilted and the story bored me. However, I know many people love the series. Let us know what you think.
