Any other SK fans out there? I'm a HUGE SK fan. I'd love to talk about books, old and new with you.

I think that SK gets a bad wrap. Not all of his stuff is like IT.

The Dark Tower Series while odd isn't horror at all. It's one of my favorites. While it does tie into lots of other books it's not necessary to have read everything else to read DT. The Stand isn't horror either IMO. It's about a super flu that wipes out most of the population and about the people who are left.

The Eyes of the Dragon is a fairy tale (albeit an adult one)

I've never read a Stephen King book - but I love all the tv adaptations.

I have read some SK. The most recent one being Duma Key which I liked.

I have not read tons of them but I do read ones that seem to have an interesting story. Another one I can remember enjoying is Bag of Bones.

Christine is the car, Cujo is the dog.

Carrie is the teenage girl who gets pig's blood dumped on her at prom.

I love the compilation books too.

I enjoy the Green Mile series and Different Seasons (Has Shawshank redemption in that one)

I won't say all but a fair number of them. I've read more then I'm missing.

I have the final Dark Tower book autographed by him and the illustrator. DH and I are into autographs ;)
