My current book mark is a piece of paper ripped out of a notebook (not a whole piece just a corner).

Before that it was the cardboard jacket that came with a sample bottle of perfume.

Sometimes I use a picture. :-)

I've been using the bookmarks I've gotten from Scholastic (cardstock paper--with either dogs on it or "Go Green").

One is my nephew's school picture. It was part of the school picture package. The other one is a metal one that has a hook at one end. It's a good one for my commute book because it sits flat against the spine of the book.

I'm not sure (my book's in the next room), but my guess is that it's either an empty envelope or a store receipt

LOL Pretty much anything I can put my hands on!

My favorite one right now is one that I made. My youngest ds had a shirt that said I <3 Mom on it and he outgrew it. He picked it out so it was special to me. I plan on turning it into a pillow cover some day. In the meantime, I printed out about 6 of them and after cutting them to size, covered them with packing tape and both boys use them too. :)
