I *love* bookstores even if I don't buy anything!

I do! I seldom buy books from bookstores, but love to browse around in them. I love books just because they're books, lol. I love the smell of them, and the weight and look of them on a shelf...

I think my illness is hereditary, though, my dad felt the same way about books, lol.

I love bookstores too! I just wished we had a Barnes & Noble close by I would love to spend my afternoons there. My grandmother was an avid reader, her eyesight is failing her so can't read like she used to. My dad loves to read and so does

I'm always in a bookstore! We have both Barnes and Noble and Books-a-Million here (I worked at a BAM for three years). We also have a Waldenbooks in the mall, but I don't go there often, because the store is tiny, they usually don't have anything that I'm looking for and the shelves are trashed. What I really want is a Borders, since it's my favorite bookstore. However, we don't have one here in SC. I have to travel to GA, NC, or TN to go to a Borders. I almost always leave the bookstore with at least a magazine.

Such willpower!! I'm not sure I could hang around at the book store for very long without buying something!

I hope your library has at least one of the books you'd like to read. :)
