I know you can't give it to a child under one, but it's okay to eat it while nursing isn't it? Help! I'm about to make a salmon recipe with honey in the ingredients!

Yes you can. It's safe because your body deals with the spores before it gets to your milk.

Yes, it's ok, as you know by now! And besides that, I think it's ok for children under 1 to have it as long as it is cooked in something (like muffins). Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure it's just raw honey that the wee ones can't have.
