At least a good multi-purpose vitamin, like 1 a day, which would have all of your fat-soluble vitamins like A, D, E, and K, water solubles like C, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Foliate, your B's and your trace/major minerals like Iron, Zink, Selenium, Calcium, and Magnesium.
