NAME, AGE, STATE/PROVINCE; How far do you have to travel to see squirrels?  (your backyard, the park, the nearest city?)

Elaine, 55, NY, I don't have to "travel" anywhere to see squirrels--I only need to look out the windows! We have a veritable "wilderness" around here--squirrels, chipmunks, many varieties of birds, raccoons, even an ocassional fox...not to mention the "pit" cats from next door (another story!). They all love our garden!

Pam, 54, Arkansas....About half a mile. They're out on the county road in one of three stages....alive, about to be hit, hit. We don't have any trees large enough in our yard to attract them, since it's a newer place.

Wenona, 27, Idaho; well if i had trees in my back yard i am sure they'd be there as it is though if you look carefully you can see them from time to time driving down the road heading into town.

Lo, 22, Massachusetts, outside to the street, sometimes as far as down the street to the "beach"- a teeny strip of grass between the student center and the fence along the highway!! LOL ;oD

I'm late, as usual. I was painting my house all day yesterday.

Painted some Rococo Yellow, and some Toasted Almond. Now we hate the yellow, and will paint over it with the Almond. LOL, my arm is so tired. I am so sick of painting and trying new colors, but the almond looks so good with our house and decor, I just have to do it all again.

Sorry,...Dawn, 32, Southern California, squirrels??? What is that, LOL!! Maybe if I go to the mountains, they have grey tree squirrels there. We have ground squirrels around, but I rarely see them.
